At The TCG Cards, we offer pre-order options to allow collectors to reserve upcoming trading card products and collectibles before their official release.

This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders work, payment procedures, estimated release dates, cancellations, and other important conditions.

By placing a pre-order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an advance purchase of a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment.

Pre-order products are reserved for customers before the official release date and will be shipped once the inventory becomes available.

Pre-order availability and release dates are based on information provided by manufacturers and distributors.

2. Payment for Pre-Orders

Payment for pre-order items may be collected at the time the order is placed.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize The TCG Cards to charge the selected payment method for the full purchase amount.

Before placing a pre-order, please ensure that:

  • Your payment information is accurate.

  • Your billing details are correct.

  • Your payment method will remain valid until the expected release date.

3. Release Dates and Delays

All pre-order release dates are estimates only.

Release dates may change due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

  • Manufacturer delays.

  • Production issues.

  • Distribution delays.

  • Supply chain interruptions.

  • Unexpected demand.

If a release date changes significantly, we will provide updates whenever possible.

The TCG Cards is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or external circumstances.

4. Shipping Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will be shipped after the products arrive at our facility and are ready for fulfillment.

If your order contains both:

  • In-stock items, and

  • Pre-order items,

your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Separate shipments may require additional shipping arrangements.

5. Pre-Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be accepted before the pre-order enters the fulfillment or shipping process.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible:

Once a pre-order has entered processing, cancellation may no longer be available.

6. Pre-Order Refunds

If an approved pre-order cancellation or refund request is accepted:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Any applicable fees or restrictions will be communicated before processing.

Refund eligibility is also subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Product Availability

While we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, availability may occasionally be affected by:

  • Distributor allocation limits.

  • Unexpected inventory changes.

In rare situations where we cannot fulfill a pre-order, we will notify affected customers and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund when applicable.

8. Order Changes

After a pre-order has been placed, changes to:

  • Shipping address.

  • Product quantity.

  • Payment information.

9. Trading Card Product Conditions

All pre-order products are shipped as received from manufacturers and distributors.

Minor variations in:

  • Packaging design.

  • Product artwork.
